Will data sync with my mobile device?

Please fill out this form to request your existing Office in 365 services be switched to Thexyz for billing. An Office 365 subscription can be activated via the Office 365 setup page.

Are there any contracts for any of these Office plans?

No. As with all our professional email services here at Thexyz, there are no contracts. We work to keep our hosted environment running smoothly to keep your business. All Office 365 plans can be paid monthly, annually or bi-annually. The billing currency can be either US dollars or Canadian dollars.

Не беспокойтесь, в течение 90 дней Ваш администратор сможет скачать контент через свой аккаунт с урезанным функционалом.

Могу ли сменить план Office 365 на другой?

Вы можете расширить свою лицензию, перейдя с Office 365 бизнес на план Office 365 бизнес премиум. Для перехода воспользуйтесь мастером смены плана в консоли администрирования.

Если у Вас в подписке более 300 пользователей или Вы приобрели подписку благодаря внесению предоплаты с карты, то в этом случае переход через мастер будет невозможен, но вы можете сделать это вручную.

PS: При переходе на другой план, доменное имя будет перенесено на новый аккаунт, даже не смотря на то что подключили ли вы существующий домен к Office 365 или сконфигурировали новый вместе с подпиской.

Можно ли одновременно использовать несколько планов Office 365?

Можно совмещать несколько типов подписки, но при этом необходимо быть в курсе, что каждый из планов имеет свои ограничения. Существует общее ограничение для решений Office 365 бизнес базовый, бизнес и бизнес премиум, в 300 пользователей. Если Вы хотите использовать подписку на большее количество пользователей, то вам необходимо преобрести Office 365 корпоративный. Поэтому вы можете совмещать 2 плана с разным набором максимального количества пользователей.

Что делать, если у меня уже есть доменное имя?

Вам необходимо добавить в Office 365 доменное имя, чтобы создать адреса электронной почты.
